INNOVATION PRACTICES
Although society requires schools to balance inequalities due to the origin of students, this requirement is often contradictory as schools cannot undertake this task alone.
Inequality can be understood and interpreted in many ways but all coincide with this basic principle: reducing the differences between extremes, making the origin of each person unimportant for their future and enabling all students to achieve certain minimum requirements that will allow them to integrate in society.
Equal schooling in an equal society. Balancing inequalities due to origin instead of generating greater levels of inequality.
Schools are also required to aspire to the maximum each person is capable of achieving. Hence, schools try to make outstanding students one of the driving forces of a world where the added value of knowledge is ever more important.
Ambitious schools in an ambitious society. Not accepting the obvious and aspiring to obtain better results.
